If 360 Fonda Pro becomes aware of a security breach that has resulted in, or could result in, unauthorized access to, use of, or disclosure of personal information, 360 Fonda Pro will promptly investigate the matter and notify the relevant supervisory authority no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of it, unless the personal data breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.

10. Policy regarding the Do Not Track (DNT) function.

Most web browsers, as well as some mobile operating systems and mobile applications, include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting that you can enable to signal your privacy preference and thus refuse to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and logged. No uniform technological standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has yet been adopted. As a result, we do not currently respond to browser DNT signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. Should a standard regarding online tracking be adopted in the future, we will inform you of our intention to comply with it in a revised version of this privacy policy.
